Throughout 2 years of moderating, I've learned the follow: Proper Moderation Usage, Ticket management, Recruitment Management, Transparency, Moderation Standards, and more.
Moderation done easily
Generally, I make moderating easier for everyone; I have the ability to moderate many servers at once efficiently, while being able to complete all tasks done correctly. I've generally been able to teach many upcoming Staff members the basics and ensuring all of the Staff Recruitment is being completed correctly.
